SLDevs is an Australian team building open-source WooCommerce tools. 7 public repositories, 55 stars, and growing. We're not a VC-funded startup. We build what we need, share what works, and keep everything free.
How it started
We were running WooCommerce stores and kept hitting the same wall: the tools we needed either cost a fortune, leaked data to third parties, or were abandoned after a few months.
So we started building our own. OverSeek replaced the analytics dashboard we were paying for. Overcustomise replaced the personalization plugin that broke every time WooCommerce updated. Reel It replaced the video gallery that added seconds to our page load.
When we realized other store owners had the same problems, we put everything on GitHub under MIT. No strings attached.
What we believe
These aren't marketing slogans. They're the rules we actually follow.
Free means free
No "free tier" that locks half the features. MIT license, full source code, done.
Code quality matters
Clean architecture, proper types, and tests where it counts.
Built in the open
Every line of code is public. Roadmap discussions happen on GitHub.
